We have spent countless hours in the classroom learning proper inspection techniques, terms, and procedures. 

We have met and exceeded the hundreds of hours of educational requirements and field work required by the Texas Real Estate Commission. 

We are always up to date or ahead of the requirements for our continuing education. 

We are members in good standing of the Texas Professional Real Estate Association and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.  

We have hundreds of new construction inspection  experience and thousands of existing home inspection experience.

John Peitsmeyer (Professional Inspector License # 7092) who founded the company began his construction career right out of high school. John was involved in new home construction, apartment maintenance and home remodeling  for the greater part of his career encompassing a period of over three decades. John started the inspection business in 2004 and took the old school aproach (integrity, honesty, and dependability) while building his business. 

Jordan Peitsmeyer (Professional Inspector License #21056) attended and graduated from Abilene Christian University with a degree in psychology. He quickly decided to get into the Home Inspection Industry upon his graduation. He attended all the required courses and completed the apprenticeship program with his Dad, John Peitsmeyer, and has worked with him ever since.  He has mentored Chris Wheat since Chris decided to enter the inspection profession. These two  make a team that is unsurpassed in the inspection industry.
