Our inspectors, John Peitsmeyer TREC#7092 and Jordan Peitsmeyer TREC # 21056 meet and exceed all of the required training by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Not only have we passed the State and National Inspector exams, but our inspectors have also met the membership requirements for the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, and the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association. We have over 30 years of combined inspector experience.
We Notice the Little Things
We have the reputation of being one of the most detail oriented inspection companies in our area. Not only do we report the little things others may miss, we take photographs of the visible deficiencies and include them in our reports.
Be Confident In Your Property Transaction
At the conclusion of our inspection we will conduct a walk through of the property with you if you are available providing conditions permit. We will discuss our findings and look at the photographs we have taken of the various components of the property. We will follow up with a written report including photos usually within a few hours of completing the inspection. If you are not able to attend the inspection then we are available to discuss the completed report with you over the phone.

Waste Water Treatment System Inspections (Septic Systems)
We have had top level certification training in the proper procedure for septic system inspections. We are experienced in all types of septic system inspections including traditional gravity flow systems, aerobic systems, and low pressure dosing systems.
Swimming Pool Inspections
We have had the appropriate inspection training for the various types of swimming pools and spas we encounter in our area. We take great care in insuring that safety precautions are noted, electrical concerns, and proper functioning of various components are inspected and reported on.
Sprinkler System Inspections
We will inspect the various components of the irrigation system paying special attention to subsurface leaks, damaged heads, properly equipped back-flow devices, functioning zones, functioning controller and the presence or absence of a rain sensing device.
Thermal Imaging Inspections
John & Jordan are now certified in Thermal Imaging (Infrared) Inspections.
We have the right equipment and knowledge to provide thermal imaging inspections during our home inspections.
We can find thermal anomalies in walls, ceilings, attics, electrical components, ducting and more.
